Do the Burning Tree South Addition Covenants Say the Same Thing As All the Other Additions

The covenants of  Burning Tree Plaza, Burning Tree West and Burning Tree East subdivisions all state:
K (c) Membership in Home Owners’ Association Maintenance assessments by Burning Tree Owner’s Association or Burning Tree Master Association, Inc,
shall be a lien on the lot assessed.

WHAT THAT SAYS IS THAT  lot owners in those three subdivisions (Burning Tree Plaza, Burning Tree East and Burning Tree West) can be assessed and have a lien placed on the property by either their Burning Tree Owner’s Association or by Burning Tree Master Association.

However, Burning Tree South’s covenant does NOT have that, nor have any amendments been made to give that authority to Burning Tree Master Association.
