H (e) Maintenance assessments by Burning Tree Area #4 Association, shall be a lien on the lot assessed, but shall be subordinate to any first mortgage made in good faith and for value.
WHAT THAT SAYS: Lot owners in the Burning Tree South addition can be assessed and liened by Burning Tree Area #4 Association, NOT by Burning Tree Master Association. (This covenant has never been amended to change that.)
