MEMBERSHIP
Every Burning Tree Area Owners Association approved by Declarant shall be a member of this corporation. Membership in any Burning Tree Area Owners Association shall entitle the members of that organization to the rights of use and enjoyment of all facilities of the corporation.
What is is saying: It is the OWNERS ASSOCIATIONS, not the lot owners who are members! And only those owners associations approved by the Declarant. As the Burning Tree Master Association repeatedly has pointed out: you will find within the subdivision’s covenants if the declarant approved your addition to be a member. Attorney/Burning Tree South homeowner/President of the BTMA Frank Spiegelberg advised in May 1981 that it is not the homeowners who are the members.
