MEMBERSHIP
Every owner of lots described on Article IV shall be a member of this corporation. Ownership of any lot described in Article IV shall entitle the owner of that lot the right of use and enjoyment of all facilities of that corporation.
WHAT THAT IS SAYING: Everyone who lives in the Burning Tree South Addition is a member of Burning Tree Area #4 Association, Inc.
